Record entries were roceived for the Gore show, which was held on Tuesday ami Wednesday, but heavy rains kept the attendance low. The most successful Clutha exhibitors were Messrs D. Herbert (Popotunoa), first for plain powdered butter, second for non-separator fresh butter, first for powdered butter iu crocks (uon-prizetakers); Miss M. Mouat (Waiwera South), first for salt butter in crocks.
