(Beuter's Special.) Berlin, June 26. The Congress has completed its arrangements regarding- Bulgaria. The Danubian and Bulgarian fortresses are to be dismantled. Austrian occupation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is imminent. The Congress has also decided that the fortresses of Varna, and Schumla shall be evacuated forthwith, and that for each a temporary Commissioners*General shall be appointed by Russia and the Porte, Juno 27. Prince Gortschakoff made a most impressive pacific speech at the Congress to-day, to which Lord Beaconsfield replied. June 29. The majority of the Congress recognise the independence of Servia, and authorise the Austrian occupation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. London, June 29. The first innings oi the Hunslet team closed for 228. The Australians in their second innings scored 180. Hunslet scored 28 for the loss of nine wickets in their second innings. The match w;as ended in a draw. (Special to tlie Melbourne Argus.) London, June 25. The Australian colonists at Home have arranged to give a banquet to the Australian Cricketers on July 23. She was married to King Alphonso, her cousin, January last, and the ceremony was the cause of great national rejoicin fr] June 27. The Government havß commenced a prosecution against a writer in the Foreign Cffice for stealing the Anglo Russian agreement that was published by the Giobe.
