Special Meeting.
A special meeting of the- Council was afterwards held, for the purpose of adopting the bye-laws re Pounds. Mr Petrie, according to notice, moved — " That the schedule of the Otago Impounding Ordinance, with the extra charges of the Tuapeka County Council be adopted." Seconded by Mr Wayne and carried. ■ There was no other business.
