BALCLUTHA. Wednesday, May 29, 1878. (Before E. H. Carew, Esq., RM.) Dillon (assignee of the estate of Grigor, Stewart, and Co.) v. Patterson. — Claim, Ll7 12s 3d. Mr Reid for plaintiff, and Mr Taylor for defendant. After hearing argument of counsel on each side in this case, judgment was given for plaintiff for the full amount claimed, with costs of Court 275, and professional fee 21s. An application by Mr Finlayson for^the.. temporary transfer of the license .of. the Prince of Wales Hotel, Clinton/ to' Mr George Sutherland was granted. Mr Henderson appeared for the applicant.
