A FORLORN HOPE.
TO THE EDITOR, Sir, — M goods be .delivered at Dunedin Railway .Station on say Monday noon for transmission to Biilelutha, §2 miles, when, oh when might a denizeu of the latter municipality expect to receive them ? This is Thursday, and lam still waiting. Had we not better return to the old days of waggons ? This grievance has been so ofton and so fruitlessly ventilated that I ask your insertiou of my protest as a forlorn hope. I am, &c., Hknhy Hargan.
