The new peace conditions are that 50,000 Russians occupy Bulgaria for two years, arid that Turkey pays £40,000,000 indemnity. Austria is raising a special vote. Sir Bartle Frere has been dismissed by the Moltenp Ministry. , The Pope has dismissed General Kanizlere, Coirimaridant in the Papal dominions.
