Reid appeared for the plaintiff. !N"o appearance of defendant. Judgment ! was given for the amount claimed, together with costs of Court, los, and professional j fee, Ll Is. W. Dunne v. Peppertl. — Claim of L 2 9s, for coal supplied. Mr. B. Reid for j the plaintiff. No appearance of defendant. Judgment was given for tho amount claimed, together with costs of Court, '9s, and professional fee, 10s 6d. W. Doxn-e v. M'Fatpev.— Claim of 13s, for ono ton of coal supplied. No appearance of the defendant, who had been served with the summons as William MTayden, while his name is George M'Fayden. Plaintiff stated that ho had seen tho defendant that morning, who had informed him that he (plaintiff) would find that his name was not William. Tho case was adjourned, in order to allow of the summons being amended. J. G. Grey v. J. Bx-ues. — Claim of L 2 Ys 6d, being half the amount of tho cost of repairing boundary fenco. Mr Taylor appeared for the defendant. Judgment was given for Ll 13s, together with costs •of Court, 17s, and witnesses' expenses, Bs.
