Wright, Stephenson, and Co. report a good attendance of buyers at their sales. They cata'ojtued and sold 1000— chiefly station skins— at the following prices : — Butchers' green skins, half-brods. Cs 2d ; merinos, 5s 5d to 5s 8d ; station skins, from Is lOd to 5s lOd each. Hides in good di mand fro:n 4H to 4.Jd per Ib. Several lots medium weights were Fold at. frofli'lCs Cd to 18s Cd each ; calf-skins, at Us Cd each. Mr H. Driver reports— My sale was well attended by the trade, but pHces obtained were not equal to last week's rates, more especially for halfrbreds. I sold butchers' skins, half-breds. Cs 2d to Gs 5d ; merino, 5s 2<J to 5s 5d : and station skins up to 7£d perlb. Hides were in better demand, and I sold all offering at from 4d to 4^d ; call-skins, 2s Cd. ' Maclean Bros, report — At. last sale we sold a quantity of green aud dry skins ; green half-breds realising up to Cs 3d each ; do merinos to 5s 7d ; dry station skins, 2s Gd to 4s Cd. We also catalogued a few medium -weight hides, which realised up to ISsSd.'eack; calf-skins, 4s each.
