INVERCARGILL, Dec. 30. BoSkmaking activities brought heavy fines to Stafford James Healey and James. Arnold Wesney in the Magistrate's Court today before Mr* W. A. Harlow, S.M. Healey, a freezing works ehamber hand, was fined £90 for carrying on the business of a bookmaker, and Wesney was fined £30 for aiding &nd abetting the offence of bookmakiiig. Both pleaded guilty. Wesney ficcepted £5 a day for 'allowing Healey to use his telephone. i
