" J The King has accepted from Lieuten- 1 ant-Commander Frank de Vine Hunt, R.N., a large revolving circular map of the world showing the routes of the four voyages the Eang and Queen have taken sinee their marriage. The map is also a time chart which as if revolves within the circular clock face shows the comparative time in other parts of the world in relation to London. In each corner of the map are sketches of the ships in which the King and Queen travelled on their voyages. Lieutenant-Commander Hunt was on the map room staff of the Admiralty during the war and designed this type of revolving map and time chart in 1943. It was extensively used in connection with Admiralty signals, and copies of it were supplied to President Eoosevelt and to the wartime Prime Ministers of the Dominions.
