Plaintiff claimed that' Eder agreed to take over his (Jarden 'sj haif-share of -the ovvnership of Courtesy for f I0Q in casli and another £100 frbm ^%]SHSfeh^*If0tse had iti fits^ wiii this year. The defence.was a denial that any such agreeraent over the second £100 had been made. In evidence Jarden said the horse had been bought originally by them foi 100 guineas. The case is proceeding. -
