Man's Body Found In River
PALMERSTON N., Dec. 19. The body of a 57-year-old City Council employee,- Leslie Mitchenson Bryant, was found in the Manawatu River yesterday by the police. Bryant had been missing from his home in Palmerston North since December 11. Earlier his bicycle and a note had been found on the river bank. Bryant had been in bad health for the past 12 months.
