Received Fridav 11.30 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 16. 1 The Associated Press's Berlin correspondent says the "House of Soviet Culturo" in East Berlin last night wa> turned over to 1000 guests for a huge reception in honour of Alr Vyshinsky who is on his way back to AIoscow from the United Nations meeting in New York. No one without an invi^ation tO( the reception was allowed within six city blocks of the House of Soviet Culture, between 5 and 9 p.m. Alr Vyshinsky, who was greeted by the Easit German President, Herr Pieck, toasted the "new German Democratic Republic, a friend of the Soviet Union." The reception wound up a busy day of talks by Afr Vyshinsky with the Soviet Oontrol Commissioner and the East German Government.
