Judge Decides Husband Made A Mistake
WELLINGTON, Dec. 13. A.will whereby from ari estate valued | at about £1900, the widow of testator had beeu left £2 10s weekly, was varied I by the judgment of Mr. Justice Hay in I the Supreme Coitrt today. In the I judgment Edith J osephine McLachlan, i of Masterton, was awarded all of the I estate and the engineering business of i her late husband, Clarence* Marshall McLachlan, except £100. That sum was awarded to Errol Williaiu Lambess, u mechanic, to whom deceased, by his will, had left his entire estate and business. 1
