New Golf Rules Post-dated In New Zealand
WELLINGTON, Dee. 12. The new golf rules will not come into force in New Zealand until May 1 next year, The rules come into' force in Britain in January 1. They have been copyrighted by the Itoyal and Ancient Golf Club which has giveri permission to the New Zealand Golf Assoeiation- to reprint the rules in New Zealand. It was reported to a special meeting of tlie assoeiation 's council tonight, that it would be impossible to obtain a reprint for some months, so it was decided to bring in the new rules on May 1.
