Heavy Rainfall. The rainfall for the 24 hours up to 9.30 a.m. on Thursday was 40 points. Visit To Sanatorium. Members of the Tasman Beach Women's Institute, under the ieadership. of Mrs. J. H. McConville, journeyed to the Otaki Sanatorium recently and presented their birthday celebrations programme. The patients were a very appreciative audience.
