Canada Bans Crime Comics
Received Thursday, 8 p.m. OTTAWA, Dec. 7. A Bill banning crime comic books in Canada was passed today by the Senate despite heavy opposition. Previously approved by the House of Commons, the Bill provides a maximum penalty of two years' gaol for any one puhlishing, distributing or selling crime comic books. It exempts comic strips in newspapers. NWWWWWVWWWWWMA
