The rfiited Rtates today announeed that she would support the resolution to keep the dispute between Nationalist Ohina . and Russia bet'ore United Nations. This action followed a lastminute Equadorian amendiiient to the Latin-American proposal for referring Nationalist Ghina's charges to the Littlo Assenibly for continuous examin ation. Ecuador's amendnaent would give the Little Assemblv power to deal not only with past Chinese aecusations but also with any future violations of the principles eontained in the separate "hands off China '' resolution. Besides asking all nations to keep a hands-off poliey regarding China, it urges them to respeet the Chinese People 's right to ehoose freely their own- form of Government. The vote will be taken tomorrow. .
