Final For Otaki Electorate Expected Tomorrow

The final count of votes in the Otaki electorate is now well ad- ' vanced and the figures are expected to be available late tomorrow night, reports. the registrar, Mr. H. J. Henderson. On the election night count Mr. J. J. Maher (National) has a majority of 246 votes over Mr. J. J. D. Capstick (Labour). A Press Association message gives the final figures for Pahiatua as follows: — K. J. Holyoake (National), 8663; G. P. O'Leary (Labour), 4156; informal, 62; majority for Holyoake, 4507. Mr. Holyoake's majority increased by 810 votes on the previous elec,tion. i \
