Rifle Club And Scout Hall Fund Growing
The further 21 donations received during the last few days is proof ehough that public support to the appeal made by the Levin Scouts and Miniature Rifle Club for funds to assist in' the erection of a hall in Playford Park has not wavpred. The donations previously acknowledged totalled £328 5s 6d and the latest donations now 'bring the total to £431 15s. The appeal committee wishes to acknowledge the following donations:— J. J. Procter £10 17s 6d. C. W. Read £2 10s, J-. W. Hatfield £2 2s, Levin Meat Co. £10 10s, N. A. Challies £1, H. F. Channings £3, Premier Laundry £2 2s, F. Ohainey £5, A. F. Landers £5, Moffatt's Store £1, J. W. Lynch, Ltd. £1 Is, Anonymous £1 Is, W. Jenson £25, G. H. Sorensdn £1 Is, Montgomery's Furnishers, Ltd. £2 2s, A. W. Allen £10* 10s, Park and Bertram £5, Vadonovitch £1, Oxford Tea Rooms £1, Farm Services £10, Blenkhorn and Todd £3 3s. The donations received to date total £431 15s.
