The friends of Mrs. Craig, of Bryce Soreet, will regret to learn that she -was taken to the Palmerston North Hospital by ambulance following a sudden illness- yesterday. Moutoa Ratepayers Meet , , 'A meeting of ratepayers of the Moutoa area is to be held at Foxton next Friday evening to receive the engineers' report in connection with the spillways in the stopbanks of the Manawatu River at Moutoa. Mr. J. Chrystall is the convener of° the' meeting.
