To Represent N.Z. At Games Road Cycling
WELLINGTON, Dec. 5. The seleetion of T. R. Carter (Wellington Centre), G. E. \Lambert (Auckland) and J. S. .Downie (Wellington Centre), as New Zealand representa tives for the Empire road cyeling race, has been approved by the New Zealand Olympic and British Empire Games ■ Association. This announeement was made todav by the president of the New Zealand Amateur Cycling Association, Mr. P. N. Robinson, who said the riders would assemble in Auckland shortly before the fixture, to receive coaehing from Mr. H. R. Dwight, of •Aiickland'. The'face is to be contested over the Parnell* course on February 6.
