Brazilian Japanese Not Convinced

Received Moriday, 7 p.m. TOKIO, Dec. 5. A Japanese Braziiian businessman flew into Tokio today to gret a message from Emperor Hirobito to convince 300,009 of his 500,000 fellow Japanese Brazilians, that Japan had lost the Paeific war and i was occupied by Americans. Kikuji Kosra said many Japanese in Brazil believed General MacArthur was held prisoner by the Japanese in Tokio. He hoped to film the Emperor delivering a message to Japanese Brazilians and another depieting the. friendship between the Emperor and General MacArthur. He would not take pictnres showing Americans in Tokio streets because "that would be too much for them to believe and they would only brand me a traitor," added Koga.
