During the height of this morning's downpour, a Woman left a oranx on the footpath in Oxford Street while she purchased some goods. The pram started to move backwards towards the water race, which was aflow with storm water stretching- halfway across the road, A shop girl, quiclsly sizing up the situation, made a frantic dive across the footpath, The pram ^.vaded her eluteh and hit the water with a spiash. The girl slipued and hit the footpath with a, bump. And Baby? It was safe in its mother's arms, having been taken ont of the pram just before the incident.
