Iveitli Brown, leading parachutist in New Zealand, broke a leg when he landed heavily in a ditc-h after niaking a .jump from 20o0 feet at the South Can- • terbury Aero Club's pageant held at Geraldine this afternoon. Brown, who used a 32ft paracliute, the largest in the Southern Hemisphere, said after his deseent that the speed -in eoming down had been most deeeiving for the size of the parachute.
