Battered Body Found In Harbour

Received Sunday 7 p.m. PARIS, Dec. 3The body of a Erench millionaire shipbuilder, M. Arthur Mollard, aged 47, who had been missing from his luxury yacht in Cannes harbour since December 1, was found today in the harbour by a diver. The body was wrapped in an army cloak and was weighted with a pieee of iron. There were injuries to the head and elsewhere. A •member oi' the crew, a former German war prisoner, is missing. The police found bloodstains in MolJard's cabin. A friend of Mollard said he believed the shipbuilder kept 150,000 francs in his cabin safe. , The police found no trace of the money.
