Chinese Nationalists More To Formosa

HONG KONG, Nov. 30. Nationalist ofticials who arrived in Hong Kong by air this afternoon stated that members of the Government and ofiieials were leaving Chengtu for Taiwan (Formosa).. The Government had moved to Chengtu a few days ago, when Ohungking, was threatened by .the Communists, and they believed that Chungking fell ^peacefully" to the Communists this morning. Hundreds of boxes of silver doilars belonging to the Nationalist Govern ment were abandoned at Chungking. As the airfield was under Communist fire, there was no time to load the cases on aircraft.
