Received Thur&aay, 10.20 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 30. ' The Associated Press' Paris, correspondent states that guns will move inTio piaee on the .North Atlantic defence line within a few days as the result of the 12-nation talks in Paris. The twelve nations of the North Atlantic Treaty have drafted a plan to defend them-r selves against any Soviet ag--gression. Tomorrow the Defence Ministers of the, Pact nations will ratify the agreement. This will release "£32,000,000 of* United States aid to the partners in the Pact. The agreement calls for the integration of the five overkpping defence zones established when the Atlantic Pact nations first met in Washington last September. Two of these areas — 40 per cent of* the Atlantic Pact defence line — already are in operation aeeording to one of the Ministers to take part in tomorrow's meeting.
