Rowing Technique.
Sir Heaton Rhodes, one of Canterbury's best-loved citizens, had given £1000 to the Canterbury Centennial Fund, Mr. W. S. MacGibbon told a meeting of businessmen in Christchurch. After a pleasant hour's chat at "Otahuna," Mr. MacGibbon was leaving when Sir Heaton alluded | to the centennial appeal brochure, I which contains little drawings of j some proposed events, including | the centennial games.
