Petone's Missing Child. Petone residents are subscribing . to a fund to add to a £50 rewai'd for information leading to the recovery of Elizabeth Ellen Shannon, the two-year-old girl who has been missing since Novemfcer 4. 1 he £50 reward was offered by the girl's grandfather, Mr. William Siiannon, Taranaki, once a police official at Hong Kong. It is hoped to build this up to £300. Meani while, the search continues.

The £200.0 priz,e in the 'Feeling Lucky" art union, drawn on Wednesday, has not yet been claimed by the winner, "Lucky Day," whose address was given as 4 Keith Street, Point Qhevalier.
