Japanese Premier Expects Early Treaty

Received Wednesday, 10.10 a.m. TOKIO, Nov. 22. The Japanese Prime Minister, Mr. Yoshi'da, told Parliament today that he felt the peace treaty would eome sooner than expected because the general mood of the United States and Britain favoured an early normalisation of international relations and the siabilisation of world economy. Mr. Yosjiida cautioned Parliament against careless arguments on military issues.
