The match was between Munda aiid Yagaburne, leaders in the ! local competition, and was being played on a. concrette wicket. A slidden streak of lightning appeared to strike ihe groiind about 35 yafdS on the leg side of the wicket and burst With a shower of sparks thrOwing up sheets Of dust. I Seven players, including one batshian, were thrown down and the others ran around in circles holding scorched heads and faces. One hiaif took conviilsions and had to be held down by six others.
