Sir Harry Lauder sat up at his home in Lanarkshire yesterday for the fifst time since the critical attack of thromboSis which threatj ened his life three ihbnths ago . Sir Harry owes his recovery to Df. John Stew&rt, of Hamilton, i Lanarkshire, whb came out of retirehient to attend his did friend and has been his constant bedside cohtpanidn. '
