Received Sundav, 7 p.m. ADELAIDE, Nov. 7. Australia had given America a series of snubs in the past ten years, said the Liberal Party president, Mr. R. G. Casey. Friends in the United States had asked him had Australia gone mad beeause they elaimed Australia was continually smacking America in the mouth. ' ' Americans have come to the conclusion that the Chifley Government is anti American," said Mr. Casey, "beeause it kieked the American armed forces out of Manus Island, turned down proposals for an agreement to avoid double taxation and refused to consider plans for a treaty of commerce and navigation with Australia."
