Russia Proposes Trade Talks For Asia
Received .Sundav 9 p.m. MOSCOW, Nov. 20. Moscow radio announced that Russia proposed to hold a trade conference of 13 Asian and Australasian countries in Peking and that commissions of the World Federation of Trade Unions be sent to study and assist trade unions in India, Japan, Persia and Southern Ivorea. The sugge3tion was made by Soviet delegate Beisenov who also. proposed that the question of restoring democratie freedom and liquidating slave labour, anti-labour legislation and discrimination of race, nationality, sex and religion in India, Persia, Japan and Tndonesia, Burma, Mai ava and Southern Korea, be put before United Xations economic and social council.
