During the foreign affairs debate in the House of Commons today, the Leader of the Opposition, Mr. Churchill, ridiculed the fact that Britain has an Amtoassador in Moseow and not in Madrid. "The Individual Spaniard has a much happier and fuller life than the individual Russian of Pole or Czech. I don't suppose ten members of this House, if they had to decide by tomorrow morning. whether • they would live the next five vears in Franco Spain or in Soviet Russia, would not pack their bags for the south," he said. ■
