Properties associated with Nell Gwvnn, Mrs. Fitzherbert, and Charles Dickens were withdrawn at a London auction mart. - Budbrook Lodge, reputed to have been the residenee of Nell Gwvnn, ufetracted only two bids of £400'0 and £4250, and the only bids for Ormeley . Imdge, once the home of Mrs. Fitzherbert, a friend of George IV, were £1O.00n and £11,000. Elm Lodg>e, where Charles Dickens write "Nicholas Ticklebv," attracted sTightlv keener bidding, but was with drawn after the auctioneer had described £8500 as "a give-away price.''
