AUCKLAND, Nov. 16. 1 ' Although the Election is nearly a fortnightf away, some 350 New Zealanders will have an .opportunity of going to the polls on Frlday afternoon. They are people leaviiig for Sydney at 3 p.in. in the liner Monowai on which a special ballot will be conducted before sailing time under arraugements made by the special returning officer for over seas ships.
