Nearly Eight Million Face Starvation In India

Received Thursday, 10 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 16. The Associated Press* Madras correspendent says that nearly 8,000,000 people faee starvation following typhoons which have laid waste the coastal districts of four eastern States.
