WELLINGTON, Nov. 14. An open letter to the Brime Minister, kTr Fraser, from the f dur" Gommunist candidates in Wellington and Hutt Valloy, invites Mr'Ffase? to explain" in his hal^-hour speech'at the Town Hall, next Thiirsday, '"'why you have so far denied the use q± thq radio to the Comrhunist Party candidates.'' .The letter says Mr Fraser would have on the same platform Mr V. G. WilcOx, leader of the Party's election team of 16 candidates. The letter states that Mr Fraser is rec-orded in Hansard as having said: "We want our opponents on the air equally with ourselves. If Labour did anything else it Would be betraying its own principles. ' '
