* AUCKLAND, Nov. 14. An agreement in Coneiliaiton Couneil was reaelied today bejjtween the employers ' 'representatives and those of the Waterside Workers ; Union in the fi?ve weeks' old Portland cement workers' dispute. The parties agreed to an increase of 5s a .week or 14d an hour, three .week's annual holiday 'instead of two weeks, for shift workers, and an additional 6d a shift; The dispute arole from a refusal oi workers who are affiliated with the Waterside- Workers' Union, to work overtime until demands embodied in their appb-cation for a new award were met.
