Sicilian Bandit Renews War Against Police
RSiseived Sunday, 7 p.m. PALERMO, Nov. 12. The Sicilian bandit, Salvatore Giuliano, today reopened the war against the- seeurity police, with two ambushes, in the first whereof two polieemen were wounded. In the second the police countered sniping from a roadmender's house near Favorita, with a hand grenade charge. They captured a wounded bandit who later w^s i.dentified as a man hunted for two years on a. charge of murdering two polieemen.
