Soviet Accuses West Of Transporting Nationals
WASHINGTON, Nov. 10. Russia today aecused the Western Puwera of reeruiting displaced persons and refugees for espionage work. Mr. Alexander Panvushkin, Soviet delegate iuld the Social Committee of United Nations that "hundreds of thousands of Soviet citizens had been transported to the United States, Britain, Franee, Belgium and South America against, their will. They are being utilised primarily for espionage in various intelligeixce services." Mr. Panyushkin denied a Yugoslav aceusation that Yugoslav students in Russia were prevented from returning to their own country. The charge was "a provoeative act by a representative of the Tito clique." A sharp reply came from the Yugoslav delegate, Vladimir Dedijer, who said: "I am proud of being a member of Tito *s clique. The Soviet representative lcnows we are strong. If we had not been tlxev would have been abie to eubjugate us." _ ,
