Gusts of wmd of up to 80 miles an hour and heavy seas were experienced by the coaster Marlyn on her voyage from Lyttelton to Wellington. Though. a day overdue, the ship arrived yesterday liitle the worse for the rough, trip. The Marlyn left Lyttelton on Sunday and met heavy seas in Cook Strait. Unable to make headway she sheltered at a small bay at Cape Campbell, where she hove-to »till Monday. When the weather abated yesterday morning, the Marlyn left the bay, and arrived at Wellington, at 9 a.m.
