Brussels Pact Powers Link Security Schemes
Received Tuesday, 11 a.m. PARIS, Nov. 7. The Foreign Ministers of the five Brussels Treaty Powers— Britain, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg — today signed an agreement linking their national security schemes into one comprehensive network.
