The Foxton Racing Club has issued the following circular to its members: — "Notice is hereby given that a speci'al general meeting of members of the Foxton Racing Club will be held in the Town Hall supper room on Friday, November 18, 1949, at 8 p.m., pursuant to the following requisition: "To the president and committee of the Foxton Racing Club, Incorporated, Main Street, . Foxton. This requisition is in strict conformity with the rules of the Foxton Racing Club and we the undersigned members of the said • club direct you and your committee to hold a special general meeting of members as permitted and governed by ther appropriate ru e in the club's rUles, in order that thet following business may be transacted at such meeting: (a) The declaring of the recent ballots for positions on the committee df thb Fcixton Racing Club niill aind voi'd, because the said ballo's were nat conducted in conformity with legal interpretation of the rule governing election of officers by ballot; (b) The revision of the club's rules.'
