Close To Agreement On Germany
Received Friday 5.5 p.m. WASHINGTON, Nov. 3. A State Department official said tonight that . the Fofeign Ministers ot Britain, France, aud the United States were discussing the possibility ef- an early meeting in Paris primarily to deal with the German problem. The official said Mr Ernest Bevin, M. Robert Sehuman and Mr Dean Acheson had not reached an agreement on details but were close to it. The meeting would be a continuation of the discussions the three Foreign Ministers held in Washington shortly after the dollar erisis talks were finished in September The conversationS would deal mainly with German problems, but it was possible other subjects would he included, oa the agenda.
