AUCKLAND, Nov. 3. After a rehearing of charges relating to. the theft of petrol from the Atlantic Union Oil Company, Jack Crutchley, aged 25, a driver, was found guilty in the Supreine Court on two eounts. These were the theft of 255 gallons wdrth £30 from the company on or about December 16, and obtaining £35, the price of 285 gallons, by false preItences from Clevedon Motors, Ltd., on March 21.
