CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 4. Trade unions were not going to be put back by a dictator like Sidney George Holland, said the Minister of Health, Miss Howard, last' night, in attacking his proposal to amend the law- relating to union elections so that they should be condueted by the Electoral Department. '"He does not want it finder the Labour Department— why?" asked Miss Howard. "Because the Electoral Departmjenfc is immediately under the Prime Minister and Mr. Holland wants to be a Stalin.
