Instruetions have been given for the Mapleleaf to be painted on the funnels of Canadian naval ships, the defence minister, Mr Brooke Claxton, said in the Commons today. Mr Claxton, who was answering a question, said he was in • complete agreement with the Royal Commision's recommendation for "Canadianising" the Royal Canadian Navy.
